Brandon was just amazing. I have an old Majestic fireplace.  He was able to troubleshoot the problem. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong thermopile.

Scheduling is easy, text reminders the day before and when tech is on the way are great, they've always arrived within the scheduled window or even early.
